This product is colorless transparent sweet liquid heavier than water. It can be mixed with water, methanol, ethanol at any proportion. It is insoluble in orgainc solvent such as benzene, chloroform, carbon bisulfide, carbon tetrachloride, with of boiling point 290^οC and strong hygroscopicity. It can easily absorb water from air. If diluted with water, its specific gravity will reduce regularly.
